PRESIDENT - BRUCE KAHKESH, AMP

Founder of The Kahkesh Group, Bruce Kahkesh is a senior Mortgage Consultant with Invis who began his career in finance with CIBC Mortgages. Since then he has been a consistent top producer, earning awards at both CIBC and RBC, in addition to Invis, where he achieved the Club Diamond – Top 1% in Canada title in his first year with the firm.

Bruce holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation and is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC. Passionate about life and a number of humanitarian causes, he is active in several charitable organizations.

Bruce maintains the very highest standards of service for his clients, and referrals from satisfied customers are the core of his business. In addition to helping individuals attain their dreams of home ownership, Bruce also offers guidance to local and offshore clients, and is a mortgage financing and real estate portfolio advisor to a range of business people and investors.

Bruce’s first priority is family and he enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughters. When not working Bruce also enjoys classical music and reading, as well as kayaking and hiking on Vancouver’s mountains.

As a senior Mortgage Consultant, Lily joined The Kahkesh Group in 1999. Using her real estate expertise and background in accounting, she has been a key player in helping The Kahkesh Group achieve the prestigious Invis Club Diamond – Top 1% in Canada title.

In addition to holding the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation, Lily is also a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals, and the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Lily has worked with a wide array of clients, from the self-employed, to new immigrants, to local and offshore investors, and takes pride in her ability to simplify the often difficult and time consuming process of mortgage financing for her clients.

When not working Lily enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found taking part in one of her favourite pastimes such as cooking, playing family board games, or gardening.
